Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 low fat half and half cream
  • 1000 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2 cups Dijon mustard
  • oils, to taste
  • maggi sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 bunches parsley

Preparation

Mix the half cream and the mustard. Incorporates a cup of water and reserve.
Cook chicken in a pan with oil until golden brown.
Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and let it boil for 10 minutes. If necessary add a little more water.
Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a red rice and sprinkle Chinese parsley on top of the chicken.
