Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 of cup of bacon chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts without bone or skin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of white mushroom
  • 1/4 of cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • to taste of parsley

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden brown. Reserve and remove excess fat. There seals the breasts on high heat on both sides and season with salt. Remove.
In the same pan, cook the mushrooms until tender. Add the white wine and cook for a few minutes.
Return the breasts to the pan and incorporate the cream for beating and the bacon. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat until thick. Serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with white rice or mashed potatoes.

TIPS

You can use chicken thighs instead of the breast.
