Preparation
For the cordon blue: We will take the breast and cut it in half.
Place on each half a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a sheet of spinach and teaspoon of salt. We will wind and close with chopsticks.
We will put our breast in a skillet previously greased with a 1 tablespoon of margarine (over medium heat) and cook until it browns and is no longer raw.
For the sauce: Fry the mushrooms and the onion in a pan with 1 tablespoon of margarine until golden brown.
Add the milk cream next to the walnuts and mix for 1 minute more.
We remove the pan from the fire.
