To marinate the chicken, in a bowl mix the salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Marinate the chicken with the mixture you prepared and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the sauce, grind the parsley with the evaporated milk, the chicken broth, the cream cheese, the onion and the garlic. Reservation. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the butter and flour; cook for 5 minutes without stopping stirring and add what you previously ground; cook for 5 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.
