You will never have enough chicken recipes and with this one, you will learn how to prepare chicken breasts in an alternative, simple way and with a more elegant twist. Follow the step by step and enjoy a chicken in parsley cream, with a simple marinade that gives a lot of flavor to the meat. You can make strips or use the whole breast, the cooking time will depend on the size of the piece.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to marinate
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, to marinate
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, to marinate
  • 1 chicken, breast, in strips
  • 3 cups parsley, for the sauce
  • 2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce
  • 2 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups onion, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
  • enough parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preparation

To marinate the chicken, in a bowl mix the salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Marinate the chicken with the mixture you prepared and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the sauce, grind the parsley with the evaporated milk, the chicken broth, the cream cheese, the onion and the garlic. Reservation. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the butter and flour; cook for 5 minutes without stopping stirring and add what you previously ground; cook for 5 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over high heat, seal the marinated chicken strips and then lower the heat to finish cooking for 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken strips with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with chopped parsley and accompany with a drink or garnish of your choice.

TIPS

You can make strips or use the whole breast, the cooking time will depend on the size of the piece.

Sabe bien y creo que quedó bien pero con tanto líquido no quedó con una consistencia de salsa. La siguiente vez probaré bajar un poco las cantidades de leche evaporada y caldo de pollo
