You will never have enough chicken recipes and with this, you will learn to prepare chicken breasts in an alternative, simple and with a more elegant twist. Follow the step by step and enjoy a parsley cream chicken, with a simple marinade that gives the meat a lot of flavor. You can make strips or use the whole breast, the cooking time will depend on the size of the piece.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt to marinate
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper to marinate
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano to marinate
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil to marinate
  • 1 chicken breast in strips
  • 3 cups of parsley for the sauce
  • 2 cups of evaporated milk for the sauce
  • 2 cups of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for the sauce
  • 1/8 of Cup of onion for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • to taste of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of flour for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for the sauce
  • enough of parsley chopped, to decorate

Preparation

To marinate the chicken, mix the salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil in a bowl. Marinade the chicken with the mixture you prepared and let stand for 30 minutes.
For the sauce, grind the parsley with evaporated milk, chicken broth, cream cheese, onion and garlic. Reservation. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the butter and flour; cook for 5 minutes while still moving and add what you previously ground; Cook for 5 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over high heat, seal the strips of the marinated chicken and then lower the temperature so that they finish cooking for 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken strips with the sauce and decorate with chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with chopped parsley and accompany with a drink or garnish of your choice.
