It is a recipe that uses chicken breast with different spices and a touch of beer! It is cooked on a grill or in a pan as you like, you can accompany them with flag sauce and guacamole and they are perfect for a weekend.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, flattened
  • 1 boat beer, the one they prefer
  • black pepper, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 300 grams mustard
  • chicken seasoning, to taste, or a teaspoon
  • 7 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons sauce, sonorous

Preparation

All the ingredients are mixed and it is made like a sauce.
In a bowl or bowl, pour the breast and pour the prepared sauce and mix everything and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
The grill is prepared and when it is at its point, the breasts are roasted for 15 minutes or less until they look half golden and are served. You can accompany them with flag sauce and guacamole and they are perfect for a weekend.

TIPS

Sprinkling them with a little salt when cooking will make them taste better.
