Try these breasts stuffed with crab, cheese and ham wrapped with bacon in a delicious and creamy chmapiñón sauce. They are a super complete and flavorful dish that will delight your family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, large
  • 150 grams bacon
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 14 slices ham
  • 1 can mushroom, large in chunks
  • 100 grams american cheese, on sticks
  • 1 can half and half cream
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minced garlic
  • 2 cubes chicken consommé
  • 1/4 crabs

Preparation

Season all the breasts with salt, pepper and garlic.
Fill with crab, cheese, ham and wrap them with bacon and place chopsticks so they do not fall apart.
Fry all the breasts in a saucepan and when they are fried remove the toothpicks.
Blend the slices of cheese with the half cream, the cream and the chicken bouillon cubes
Pour it into the chicken skillet, then add the mushrooms. Let cook until the chicken is perfectly cooked.
It serves.

TIPS

You can accompany with green salad, mashed potatoes or white rice.
