Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ginger, to taste, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 200 milliliters dark beer
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • salt
  • bell pepper
  • oils, to fry

Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes.
Mix the chicken cubes with the flour, ginger, garlic and rosemary. Add the soy, lemon juice and beer.
Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken cubes, put them on absorbent paper to remove the excess fat and serve.
