Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams boneless chicken breast, that is, breast supreme
  • 100 grams pineapple, chopped into pieces
  • 80 grams Ham, in julianas
  • 5 tablespoons milk cream
  • 90 grams chocolate frosting, semi-bitter
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 10 grams thyme
  • 10 grams bay (laurel)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ounces tequila, or white wine
  • 50 grams fresh cheese
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 50 grams seedless prune

Preparation

To prepare the pineapple: In a pot, add the pineapple, sugar and place on the stove at low heat until it is sweetened; let it cool.
For the sauce and marinate the breast: the following ingredients are liquefied: (salt, pimenta, bay leaf, tomill, paprika, olive oil and tequila.) The breast is incorporated and mixed with the sauce to marinate at least three hours before the preparation.

Serve it on a plate, making a bed with the chocolate sauce; cut the supreme in half and place it on the chocolate bed transversely; then we bathe it with a little chocolate sauce and it is accompanied with some french fries and we taste this exquisite dish.
