Preparation
To prepare the pineapple: In a pot, add the pineapple, sugar and place on the stove at low heat until it is sweetened; let it cool.
For the sauce and marinate the breast: the following ingredients are liquefied: (salt, pimenta, bay leaf, tomill, paprika, olive oil and tequila.) The breast is incorporated and mixed with the sauce to marinate at least three hours before the preparation.
For the chocolate sauce: in a bowl we add the chocolate and cream of milk, place over a low heat and stir until the cover is mixed with the cream and a uniform sauce is obtained; add a little sugar depending on the desired chocolate candy and get off the fire. Serve it on a plate, making a bed with the chocolate sauce; cut the supreme in half and place it on the chocolate bed transversely; then we bathe it with a little chocolate sauce and it is accompanied with some french fries and we taste this exquisite dish.
