Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup oats, raw and ground
  • 1 cup cookie, ground wheat
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • aromatic herbs
  • 2 eggs
  • soy sauce
  • sunflower seeds
  • basil
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Add oatmeal and crackers with dried garlic, oregano, sunflower seeds, dried onion, basil, parsley, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Mix two eggs with soy sauce to pass the chicken breasts for the mixture and then for the bread.
Fry in a pan with olive oil with little oil.
