Preparing this recipe for fine-breasted chicken breasts seasoned with French's English Sauce, garlic and honey will be very easy, as it is cooked in the pan. Its flavor is light and goes very well accompanied by a garnish of cambray potatoes, in addition to being a very aromatic dish.   • 4 chicken breasts
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons English sauce, French's
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cups bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 onions, In rooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tomatoes, In rooms
  • 4 chile de árbol peppers
  • 2 pieces allspices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • enough thyme, to decorate
  • enough rosemary
  • cambray potatoes, stewed, to accompany
  • enough bread, To accompany

Preparation

Place the chicken in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add French's English Sauce, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, and honey. Marina for 20 minutes in refrigeration.
In a cast iron skillet, add the oil and brown the chicken; pour the white wine and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
For the tomato sauce, in a deep pan add the oil, onion, garlic, tomato, tree pepper, fat pepper, cumin and cook for 10 minutes; pour the chicken stock and cook until it is reduced by half. Blend and reserve.
Serve a mirror of sauce, followed by chicken, garnish with thyme and rosemary. Accompany with cambray potatoes and bread.
