Preparation
In a pan over low heat put all the ingredients of the sauce, leave them until they are thick.
Pepper the chicken.
In a bowl beat the eggs.
In another bowl mix flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Let it be more or less the same amount of flour as cornstarch.
Pass the chicken first for the cornstarch mixture, then for the egg, then again for the cornstarch. Reserve in a bowl all the chicken.
Fry the chicken in hot oil, once they have taken color, remove them, drain the excess fat and put them in the sauce mixture. Let them be well bathed in sauce but be careful not to leave them too long so that the coating does not soften.
