With this recipe for stuffed breasts, your family meals will never be the same, since they have McCormick® guacamole mayonnaise. In addition, they carry some mozzarella cheese, bacon and ham, and are accompanied by a delicious pico de gallo very easy to make. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1 Cup of McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor for the filling
  • to taste of Salt for the filling
  • to taste of black pepper for the filling
  • 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese in sticks, for the filling
  • 2 slices of Ham for the filling
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 5 slices of bacon to wrap
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of onion for the pico de gallo
  • 1 Cup of tomato for the pico de gallo
  • 1/4 of Cup of serrano pepper for the pico de gallo
  • 4 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the pico de gallo
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano for the pico de gallo

    Preparation

    For the filling: in a bowl mix the cream cheese with McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor; Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
    On a table, place the bacon slices and on top, the chicken breasts. Add the ham and with the help of a spoon, the filling, then the mozzarella cheese sticks; wrap and close with chopsticks.
    In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and chicken breasts. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
    For the pico de gallo: mix the onion, the tomato, the serrano pepper, the lemon juice, the oregano, the salt and the pepper.
    Cut the chicken breast and serve accompanied by pico de gallo.

    PRESENTATION

    On a plate accompanied by salad and a refreshing drink.
