These chicken brochettes with lemon and honey are perfect for a meal with your friends or as a rich botanita. Take advantage of sunny days and prepare them on the grill, and accompany with a cold beer.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of bee honey (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce (for the sauce)
  • 1 piece of green lemon (for the sauce)
  • 1 teaspoonful of ginger powder (for sauce)
  • 1 boneless chicken breast in cubes
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of spring onion
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped (to decorate)
  • 4 pieces of skewer stick
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until integrating.
    Season the chicken cubes and bathe with a little honey and lemon sauce and marinade in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    Arrange the skewers alternating chicken with onions.
    In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the breasts on all sides, bathing with more sauce, until golden brown.
    Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.

    La salsa queda muy bien pero es demasiada para unas cuantas brochetas y cubitos. Si bien se puede guardar, sigue siendo mucho para la cantidad de pollo que aquí se pone. Si o quieres tener sobrantes recorta las cantidades por la mitad y quedaría mejor. Yo usé jenjibre fresco y queda aromática y deliciosa.
