Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, without skin, previously cooked
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken soup, (in which you previously cooked the breasts)
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Preparation

Cook and season the breasts.
Once cooked, take them out of the broth.
The mustard, coriander, the cup of broth and the flour are liquefied and with that sauce you bathe the breasts.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with steamed rice or vegetables, garnish with coriander leaves.

TIPS

If you like spicy, you can add a serrano pepper in the ingredients that are liquefied.
