Chicken breasts oriental style very light to eat when you are on a diet or when you want to prepare a delicious meal without guilt.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, orange juice, soy, garlic, olive oil, chives, salt and pepper.
Put the chicken breasts to marinate for 20 minutes with the sauce.
Boil the chicken breasts in a pan.
