Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cubes Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, hot
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 3 bunches cambray onion
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, (your juice)
  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 1/4 cups olive oil

Preparation

Blend the garlic with 1/2 bucket Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, vinegar, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the parsley to make a paste. Add flour and mix well, spread the breasts with this mixture until completely covered.
Place on a tray and bake at 190 ° C until they are cooked and browned.
Dissolve 1 cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth in 1/2 cup of hot water, add 1 cup of ice water. During cooking, bathe the breasts repeatedly with this broth.
About 10 minutes before the breasts are ready, add the onions without stem and reserve the amount of stems you like for the noodles.
When the breasts are cooked, slice them in half and serve with the noodles with soy sauce, olive oil, the stems of the sliced ​​onions and the lemon juice.
