Cut the chicken into cubes, cut the celery into tiny pieces, peel the ginger and grate it, chop the garlic and onion, wash and drain the rice.
In a pan place the tablespoon of oil, fry the chicken adding the garlic, onion and ginger for 3-5 minutes, add the soy sauce the celery and then stir to add the rice scattered in the pan and add the water , cover and cook over low heat until the water is consumed.
Serve accompanied by your favorite salad!
