"Paella" of Oriental Style Chicken

Easy, practical and delicious recipe for oriental style chicken "paella".

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 stems celery
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil, or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Cut the chicken into cubes, cut the celery into tiny pieces, peel the ginger and grate it, chop the garlic and onion, wash and drain the rice.
In a pan place the tablespoon of oil, fry the chicken adding the garlic, onion and ginger for 3-5 minutes, add the soy sauce the celery and then stir to add the rice scattered in the pan and add the water , cover and cook over low heat until the water is consumed.
Serve accompanied by your favorite salad!
