Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 chicken breast, flattened and cut into 6 breaded
  • 1/2 onions, chopped into strips
  • 12 leaves epazote
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 250 grams mushroom
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 nopales, cooked and chopped
  • aluminum foil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut the aluminum foil into 6 parts. Cut the butter into 6 squares.
Put the Milanese on the aluminum foil, add a little nopales, raw mushrooms, raw peppers and 2 sheets of epazote, 1 small piece of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fold the aluminum foil to wrap the breast.
In a steamer place the wrapped breasts and boil for 1 hour.

TIPS

If you do not have a steamer you can use a saucepan, put a little water under it and a plate or a lid to simulate a steamer.
