Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion for 1 minute. Add the Tomato Puree with Chilpotle Del Fuerte®, the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Salt pepper.
Sprinkle flour on the table and spread the puff pastry to 1cm thick. Cut the dough with a cookie cutter in the shape of a circle (medium) to form the empanadas. Fill with the chicken, add a little cheese, paint the edges with the beaten egg, close the empanada and place them on a baking sheet. Varnish with the egg and sprinkle sesame.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
