Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 spoonfuls of peanut oil
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion filleted
  • 1 Cup of broccoli cut into sheets
  • 1 piece of zucchini cut in half moons
  • 1 piece of carrot cut into thin slices
  • 1 piece of boneless chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of Knorr ® Rice to the Poblana instant ready

    Preparation

    In a wok-type pan heat the oil over high heat and sauté the vegetables for 2 minutes.
    Incorporate the chicken cubes, sprinkle the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and sauté it to take color.
    Add 1/4 cup of water to cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
    Serve each serving with 1/2 cup of Knorr® Arroz a la Poblana instant ready.

    PRESENTATION
