Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/4 red onions, filleted
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into sheets
  • 1 zucchini, cut in half moons
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin slices
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Knorr ® rice a la poblana, instant ready

Preparation

In a wok-type pan heat the oil over high heat and sauté the vegetables for 2 minutes.
Incorporate the chicken cubes, sprinkle the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and sauté it to take color.
Add 1/4 cup of water to cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve each serving with 1/2 cup of Knorr® Arroz a la Poblana instant ready.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a rice.

TIPS

You can substitute chicken for turkey.
