Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pieces of Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless) cooked and deshebradas
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 500 grams of red tomato
  • 250 grams of chickpea cooked and peeled
  • 1 can of Red bell pepper
  • 2 pieces of potato cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 150 milliliters of olive oil
  • 15 pieces of olive
  • 10 pieces of capers

    Preparation

    In a saucepan put olive oil to heat over low heat.
    The peeled and finely chopped garlic are fried.
    Add the onion cut in julienne.
    The olives cut in four parts and the capers in half, are also fried.
    The tomatoes are ground and added to the previous thing that must be well fried, and add the peppers.
    The potatoes are cooked whole and once cooked and peeled, they are cut into not very large cubes.
    The chicken breasts already cooked and deshebradas are added to the pan to boil for a few minutes.
    Then add the chickpeas and potatoes, and mix without beating, put salt to taste.
    Let stand with the pan covered, until the moment of serving.
