Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 breast, flattened
  • 1 mallet squash blossom
  • Philadelphia® cream cheeses, to taste
  • Knorr® Chicken seasoning mix (any flavor) , of any flavor
  • salt, and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons butter

Preparation

We wash the pumpkin flower and stew it with a little butter.
Season and reserve a flower to decorate.
Season the chicken breast, fill with cream cheese and pumpkin flower. We rolled and cooked it with a spoonful of butter and the bag of Knorr my chicken baked as indicated in the package.
Once ready, we cut it into slices.
We decorate the plate with the flower that we reserve. We serve the stuffed chicken and accompany with steamed vegetables.

PRESENTATION

We cut them into slices and on the side we put a pumpkin flower filled with cheese and some broccoli trees, it is very attractive especially for the little ones.

TIPS
