Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices ham, york
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup onion, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnut

Preparation

We bone the chicken breast and divide it in two, open a hole in half and put the cheese in each of the halves then seal with toothpicks.
We cook the breast for 10 minutes then remove and roast until golden brown.
For the sauce: fry the mushrooms with the butter with the onion.
Then we add the heavy cream and the walnuts.
You cut the breast into 3-centimeter rolls and add the sauce.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with a dessert or bread.
