Preparation
We deboned the chicken breast and divided it into two. We opened a hole in half and put the cheese in each of the halves, then sealed with chopsticks.
We put the breast to cook for 10 minutes then remove and roast until golden brown.
For the sauce: sauté the mushrooms with the onion with the butter.
Then we add the milk cream and the nuts.
Cut the breast into 3-centimeter rolls and add the sauce.
