Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, and without skin
  • 4 slices feta cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, fried and erased

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper well.
Make a lateral cut on each breast shape to create a kind of bag. Fill each breast with 1 slice of feta cheese and 1 slice of bacon.
Preferably secure the opening with sticks or tying it.
Place the chicken in a refractory or baking dish and bathe with the prepared oil.
Odorous herbs can be added if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, occasionally bathing the breasts with refractory oil.

TIPS

You can substitute the bacon with serrano ham and feta cheese with any other type of cheese.
