Preparation
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with a little oil. Add the pumpkin flower and cook over high heat for 4 minutes. Season with 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Chicken Broth and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of Knorr® Chicken Broth.
Soften the goat cheese and spread it to the breasts. Fill the breasts with the pumpkin flower mixture. Wrap the breasts with aluminum foil until tight. Cook in a pot with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Chicken Broth. Cook for 25 minutes.
Serve the breast cut in medallions and bathed in green sauce.
