Preparation
Cut four rectangles of 30 cm wide aluminum foil. Add a splash of oil to each rectangle.
On top of the foil place the breast, a handful of cheese, onion (previously cut into strips), tomato (previously cut into strips), garlic (previously ground) and a little celery salt.
Wrap the breast and close the sides. In a previously hot pan, place each breast and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
Unroll the breasts and serve hot.
