Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, flattened in steak
  • 2 Avocado from Mexico, big
  • olive oils, enough to fry
  • 250 grams Cotija cheese, or grated panela
  • 8 flour tortillas, of wheat or whole wheat
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

In the pan put a little oil and place the breasts flattened, cook on 2 sides until ready, only turn 1 time on each side to prevent drying and remove from the fire.
In the same pan heat the flour tortillas and when they are soft remove from the heat.
Cut and peel the avocados in strips and season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
We put the tacos on the tortillas, cut in half the flattened breast and distribute the halves in the 8 tortillas, place the avocado, sprinkle the cheese and are ready to eat.

TIPS

If you wish, you can use integral Arabic bread or corn tortillas.
