  • 3 teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, clarified
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
With a knife make deep incisions in the breasts.
