Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 on of Knorr® Mi Arroz® White rice seasoning mix
  • 1 Cup of rice Oriental
  • 1 1/4 cups of Water
  • 6 pieces of medium shrimp clean, without head
  • 150 grams of boneless chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 150 grams of beef steak cut into cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of black pepper mixture of several, freshly ground
  • 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce reduced in sodium
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 6 pieces of skewer stick
  • 6 pieces of asparagus cut in halves

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over low heat cook the rice with the water and season with 2/3 of the Knorr® MiArroz® sachet. Cover and cook completely.
    Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and the rest of the Knorr® MiArroz® powder.
    Form the skewers mixing shrimp, chicken and beef. Marinate them in the previous mixture.
    In a frying pan on high heat heat the oil and cook the brochettes at the desired term, 4-5 minutes approximately.
    Roast the asparagus and set aside to decorate.
    Serve 2/3 cup of rice in a bowl, press in the skewers and decorate with the asparagus.
