Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat, cook the rice with the water and season with 2/3 of the Knorr® MiArroz® envelope. Cover and cook completely.
Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and the rest of the Knorr® MiArroz® powder.
Form the skewers by mixing shrimp, chicken and beef. Marinate them in the previous mixture.
In a skillet over high heat, heat the oil and cook the skewers until desired time, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Roast the asparagus and reserve to decorate.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl 2/3 cup of rice, nail the skewers and decorate with the asparagus.
