This is a practical recipe, fast and very healthy, its ingredients are: chicken, vegetables and seeds. This preparation is colorful, fresh and has an interesting combination of flavors.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless), grilled
  • 1 Italian lettuce
  • 3 bell peppers, (1 green, 1 yellow and 1 red)
  • 250 grams Cherry tomato
  • 250 grams sunflower seed, candy
  • 500 milliliters soy sauce
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Cut the lettuce and the breasts into strips, the diced peppers and the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Heat soy in a pan, incorporate the strips of breast, peppers and tomatoes. Stir well.
Prepare a bed of lettuce in a dish, on top of it, place the strips of breast and vegetables.
Sprinkle the caramelized sunflower seeds. Add soy sauce mixed with a few drops of lemon.
Enjoy this delicious and healthy dish!

PRESENTATION

Arrange the ingredients in such a way that the lettuce is observed in the circumference of the dish, place the other ingredients in the center.

TIPS

You can add all the vegetables you like and use caramelized sunflower seeds with the salty or natural ones.
