Ingredients

4 servings
  • 800 grams of ground chicken

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for the salsa
  • 1 Cup of avocado for the salsa
  • 1/4 of Cup of radish finely chopped, for the salsa
  • 3 spoonfuls of scallion finely chopped

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with onion, almonds, ginger, cilantro, honey, flakes of chili, salt and pepper.
    On a table, shape hamburgers with your hands and refrigerate.
    On a grill pan, heat the oil and cook the burgers on both sides until they are fully done. Reserve.
