This individual chicken pie recipe will delight you, as they remain crispy and the combination of chicken and vegetables is unique. Insurance at home everyone will want more. Prepare them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken, 2 legs, thighs and 1 large breast
  • 2 onions
  • to taste parsley, to taste
  • to taste seasoning
  • 1 on artificial food flavor, mushrooms flavor
  • 1 glass white wine, or moscato, amount needed
  • enough oil
  • 12 dough empanadas
  • 2 eggs, Hard
  • 1 can bell pepper, in strips, quantity needed
  • 1 egg, to paint the surface
  • 1/2 cups olive, optional
  • 1/2 cups raisin, optional

Preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces taking out the bones.
Place it in a baking dish, season it to taste and add parsley, oil, wine, mix well and leave to marinate overnight or overnight.
The next day sauté the onion in oil and add the moron, cook a few minutes.
Incorporate this to the chicken. Also add chopped hard-boiled eggs and olives and raisins (optional).
The tapas of empanadas are cut into four, the ends are joined to form handkerchiefs.
It covers all the chicken.
Paint the surface with the egg and if you want sprinkle with sugar.
Cook in a moderate oven and is ready when the dough is browned and the chicken is cooked.

PRESENTATION

The empanadas discs can be homemade or some crunchy cake dough.
