Chicken breast in napolete sauce with stir-fried vegetables such as paprika, onions and tomatoes. A simple dish to prepare and that has a unique and delicious flavor that you can not stop eating. Prepare and consent everyone at home.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, big
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 paprika
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch basil
  • enough oil

Preparation

Boil the water to cook the tomatoes and then remove the skin.
Blend the concase tomatoes together with a paprika, an onion and the garlic.
In a saucepan add oil and pour the previous mixture, let the napole sauce spice.
Peel and wash the two breasts well, cut them into filet and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with rice and mashed potatoes.
