Chicken Crepes in Poblano and Elotes Chili Sauce

Chicken crepes in poblano and corn sauce, served with a creamy sauce of poblano chili and cream cheese. This delicious preparation is stuffed with chicken with slices of poblano chili and elotitos. They are a perfect idea for you to cook your whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk for crepes
  • 1 Cup of flour for crepes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for crepes
  • 2 pieces of egg for crepes
  • 1 pinch of Salt for crepes
  • 1 pinch of Pepper for crepes
  • 1 Cup of half cream for sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for sauce
  • 1 tooth of Garlic for sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk for sauce
  • 1 piece of chile poblano roasted and clean, for salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 piece of White onion filleted, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of raja of chile poblano for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of corn on the grain precooked, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken cut into cubes, for filling
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of Panela cheese and rajas, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the crepes until you form a homogeneous mixture, season to your liking and reserve.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and make enough crepes. Reserve the crepes.
    For the sauce, blend all the ingredients.
    Heat a pot over medium heat with the butter and cook the sauce until it boils. Season to your liking and reserve.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, add the onion, the rajas, the corn and the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes and season.
    Fill the crepes and place them in a mold or plate, sauté and decorate with panela cheese and rajas. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the crepes with panela cheese and rajas.

    TIPS

    The mixture of crepes should always be a little more liquid so you can prepare them well.
