Chicken Crepes in Poblano and Elotes Chili Sauce

Chicken crepes in poblano and corn sauce, served with a creamy sauce of poblano chili and cream cheese. This delicious preparation is stuffed with chicken with slices of poblano chili and elotitos. They are a perfect idea for you to cook your whole family.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups milk, for crepes
  • 1 cup flour, for crepes
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted, for crepes
  • 2 eggs, for crepes
  • 1 pinch salt, for crepes
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for crepes
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama, for sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for sauce
  • 1/4 cups milk, for sauce
  • 1 poblano pepper, roasted and clean, for salsa
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 white onions, filleted, for filling
  • 1/2 cups Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas), for the filling
  • 1/4 cups whole corn kernels, precooked, for filling
  • 1/2 cups chicken, cut into cubes, for filling
  • 1 pinch salt, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups panela cheese, and rajas, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the crepes until you form a homogeneous mixture, season to your liking and reserve.
Heat a pan over medium heat and make enough crepes. Reserve the crepes.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the butter and cook the sauce until it boils. Season to your liking and reserve.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, add the onion, the rajas, the corn and the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes and season.
Fill the crepes and place them in a mold or plate, sauté and decorate with panela cheese and rajas. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the crepes with panela cheese and rajas.

TIPS

The mixture of crepes should always be a little more liquid so you can prepare them well.
