Preparation
Filet the breast (in strips and then in cubes).
Cut the carrots into slices, the pepper and the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx.
Season the breast with the salt, ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Sauté the chicken in the olive oil, once it is well cooked, add the carrots and peppers, stir continuously.
Add the onion until transparent.
Take a toothpick and insert a small square of chicken, a slice of carrot, a box of pepper and one of onion. Repeat in the same order until filling 3/4 of the toothpick.
Bathe with the dressing of your preference, in this case use chimichurri sauce and barbeque sauce.
Accompany with mashed potatoes.
