Chicken Fajitas in Chipotle Cream

This is a recipe from Puebla that I know everyone will love. So I invite you to start cooking, I guarantee that it is something very simple and delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos chicken fillet, cut into fajitas
  • oils
  • 20 white mushrooms, in slices
  • onions, to taste
  • 1/2 cream
  • 1 can chipotle chili
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • cubes chicken consommé
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Put the onion in a frying pan until it is smooth with a little oil. Once it is transparent add the chicken fajitas, taking care to cook them well and not leave anything raw.
Season to taste, continue cooking on low heat.
Once the fajitas have been precooked, add the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms.
Meanwhile, add the cream, the chipotles, the chicken consommé and the garlic clove to the blender. Blend and reserve.
Once cooked add the previous mixture, leave the fire until it becomes darker.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with mint leaves.

TIPS

Accompany with white rice.
