Preparation
Put the onion in a frying pan until it is smooth with a little oil. Once it is transparent add the chicken fajitas, taking care to cook them well and not leave anything raw.
Season to taste, continue cooking on low heat.
Once the fajitas have been precooked, add the washed and sliced mushrooms.
Meanwhile, add the cream, the chipotles, the chicken consommé and the garlic clove to the blender. Blend and reserve.
Once cooked add the previous mixture, leave the fire until it becomes darker.
