To get out of trouble, prepare these delicious chicken fingers for your guests, accompanied by delicious hummus; making the perfect combination of flavors.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of dried basil chopped
  • enough of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of curry
  • 1 piece of Hummus Libanius®
  • to taste of paprika

    Preparation

    Cut the breast into strips, smear the garlic on the chicken strips. Salpimenta and pass through the oil. Add the curry and let marinate.
    Heat the olive oil in a pan, take the marinated chicken and pass it: 1 for the mixture of egg and 2 milk for the breadcrumbs with basil and curry and 3 for the pan. So until all the pieces are well fried.
    Sprinkle paprika on top of the hummus and soak the fingers in it.
