These delicious Chicken Flutes and Rajas are an easy and delicious recipe. Prepare this traditional Mexican recipe and serve it as an appetizer or main course at your events. They are very easy to cook, since you do not need too many ingredients to prepare it.

Enjoy those Chicken and Rajas Flutes, the creamy combination of the rajas with cheese and cream are an excellent companion for this recipe.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 250 grams of Rajas "La Huerta"
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1 habanero tajín

    Preparation

    In a pot with water, cook chicken breasts for 30 minutes or until ready.
    File the onion and cut the tomato into small squares.
    Take the chicken out of the water and with the hands, discard the chicken.
    In a pan add the onion, the tomato and the Rajas "La Huerta" previously thawed.
    Once the onion, the tomato and the slices are hot, add the chicken and season.
    In each tortilla put a portion of the chicken with slices and form the tacos. You can use a toothpick to hold the studs and they do not fall apart.
    In a frying pan with oil fry the tacos.
    Arrange the tacos and decorate them with Rajas "La Huerta".
    Accompany with cream and avocado.
