Try this delicious chicken recipe in cheese sauce, which will awaken your senses. Juicy grilled chicken breast covered with a creamy cream cheese sauce and Manchego, with a spicy twist, decorated with crispy bacon. You will be fascinated!

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 piece of chicken breast without bone or skin, in halves, slightly flattened
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 can of CARNATION® CLAVEL® evaporated milk
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/8 of piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper roasted and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • to taste of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of bacon fried and chopped to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and cook the chicken on both sides until it is cooked and has a golden color. Reservation.
    For the sauce, liquefy CARNATION® CLAVEL® evaporated milk with cream cheese, manchego cheese, garlic, onion and serrano pepper.
    Heat a deep pan and add the butter, add the sauce and the chicken, cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
    Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fried bacon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve breast with sauce, bacon and accompany with salad.

    TIPS

    If you want a sauce with a more intense flavor, add a little blue cheese to the preparation.

    Lo hice agregué media crema a la crema y quedo delicioso... Solo se me olvido la cebolla 😣😣jajja pero aun asi quedo delicioso... Yo lo hice con pasta penne..
