The best chicken recipe is this one that we made with a creamy mushroom sauce, we gave it all the necessary flavor by adding our special mixture of spices and we perfumed it with a little white wine. It is ideal for dinner TODAY or this weekend.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pinches ground cumin
  • 2 ground clove
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom, Campbell's®
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Mix rosemary, thyme, pepper, cumin, cloves and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle chicken breasts and reserve with this mixture.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the cans of Campbells mushroom cream, let it cook for 20 minutes over low heat, add the milk and rectify the seasoning. Let this preparation thicken a bit and finish cooking the breasts.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and accompany with white rice.

TIPS

Cook the breasts in the sauce very low so they do not dry out.

Lo que no me gusta es que dicen que lleva un ingrediente como el vino blanco y en las instrucciones no dicen a que hora lo agregamos
