Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cut in halves, boneless or skinless
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of old mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • enough of bread to accompany
  • enough of vegetable grilled, to accompany
  • enough of oregano to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pan add the butter and cook the onion over medium heat until transparent, add the garlic and rosemary, cook for a couple of minutes, add the chicken and cook on both sides until golden brown.
    Add chicken stock, cream, mustards, salt and pepper, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
    Accompany with bread, grilled vegetables and garnish with fresh oregano.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with bread, sautéed vegetables and decorate with fresh rosemary.

    TIPS

    If you do not have whipped cream, you can replace it with sour cream, and in the same way it will be delicious.
