Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 whole chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 glass of Water
  • 1 Cube of consommé of tomato
  • 2 pickled jalapeño peppers cut into squares

Preparation

Heat the oil in a deep pan with a lid.
Fry the chicken on all sides to seal.
In another pan add the rest of the ingredients and mix them, let them rest for a few minutes.
The pieces of chicken that are sealed add them to the pan with the juice.
Heat the juice with the chicken for 30 min on medium heat in the pan with lid.
Serve with rice soup and green salad.

TIPS

The green salad can be the combination of cucumber and avocado in squares, finely chopped cabbage, salt and lemon.
