Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, split in half
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, in pieces
  • 1/4 rajas cinnamon
  • 6 plums, black without bone and divided into four
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 4 tablespoons bee honey, KARO
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on all sides. Salt and bake at 160 ° C for 10 minutes or are ready and smooth; reservation.
For the sauce, heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion until golden brown.
Add the cinnamon, the plums and continue cooking until they are soft.
Cover with water and chicken bouillon powder. Boil for 5 minutes.
Blend together with KARO Honey from bee. Strain and boil for 2 more minutes, rectify the seasoning.

PRESENTATION

Serve each chicken breast bathed with the plum sauce. You can use this sauce with the meat that you prefer.

TIPS

Accompany this recipe with sliced ​​chayotes and cooked in a pan with butter and chopped fresh parsley.
