Chicken in turmeric sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoonful of turmeric powdered
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast without bone and without skin
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons of Margarina Primavera® Cooking with Salt

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy the milk with Maizena® Cornstarch, turmeric and 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
    Cook the sauce over low heat, continuing to move, until it thickens and takes consistency. Reserve.
    Meanwhile, season each chicken breast on both sides with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth and garlic powder.
    Melt 1 teaspoon of Margarine Primavera® and cook 1 chicken breast until golden brown and well cooked.
    Repeat the procedure with the rest of the chicken.
    At the time of serving, bathe each breast with the turmeric sauce and serve.

    TIPS

    Accompany this dish with a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sautéed with margarine.
