Making quick meals with chicken will save you a lot of time in the week, as it is a practical and very versatile food. For your weekly menu, try this recipe for chicken marinated with mushrooms; its sauce is made with morita chili, so it is spicy but with a touch of sweetness that achieves a delicious flavor. Prepare this chicken with morita chili adobo with mushrooms and forget about spending a lot of time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for the marinade
  • 1/4 onions, for the marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, for the marinade
  • 1 cup tomtato, in quarters for the marinade
  • 3 pieces clove, for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the marinade
  • 1/2 tablespoons cumin, whole for the marinade
  • 6 morita chiles, clean for the marinade
  • 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes, for the marinade
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar, for the marinade
  • 1 cup chicken broth, for the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • 4 pieces chicken, thigh and leg
  • 1 1/2 cups mushroom, In rooms
  • salt
  • pepper, for the chicken
  • red onion, to decorate
  • corn tortillas, To accompany
  • salad, of nopal to accompany

Preparation

For the marinade, fry the onion, garlic and tomato in a saucepan with hot oil until the skin begins to brown. Add the cloves, oregano, cumin and morita pepper, cook for a few more minutes and add the tomato puree; move to mix. Remove from heat and blend with the white vinegar and chicken broth. Reservation.
In a saucepan with hot oil, sauté the onion, add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and brown. Add the mushrooms and pour the marinade, rectify the seasoning. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve in an extended plate, decorate with red onion, accompany with tortillas and nopal salad.

TIPS

If you want the marinade to decrease in heat, add orange juice to the preparation.
