Chicken Pie with Cottage Cheese and Spinach

This rich chicken pie with cottage cheese and spinach, will be one of your favorite dishes. Its creamy texture and rich flavors combined to perfection will enchant you.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of chicken breast Cooked
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 20 grams of ground bread
  • 200 grams of curd
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of egg

    Preparation

    Discard the chicken, add the spinach, breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl. Beat the egg, add it together with the cottage cheese, mix and let stand for 3 minutes.
    Spread the butter in the container or refactarium.
    Line the base of the refractory with the bacon.
    Add the chicken mixture.
