Chicken roll

This chicken roll recipe is made with ground chicken, excellent for kids of all ages. Also prepare it for when your children invite their friends to eat at home, they will love it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of chicken ground
  • 1 egg
  • ground breads preferably integral
  • Swiss Knorr
  • 100 grams of Ham
  • 8 slices of yellow cheese
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 can of cream of chile poblano

Preparation

Mix the chicken with the bread, the egg and the Swiss knor and pepper.
Spread it on aluminum foil.
On top of the already spread chicken put a layer of escpinacas, on top of a ham and until the end the yellow cheese.
Roll with everything and aluminum.
Bake at 200ºC approximately 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

PRESENTATION

Slice the roll and serve on a platter that you can garnish with lettuce leaves. Put a little of the poblano cream on top and another bowl for who wants more.

TIPS

You can fill with the cheese of your preference from a cream cheese to a manchego or gruyere according to your budget. You can add a poblano soup direct from the can without adding milk to bathe the roll.
