Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. (392°F)
In a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray, cook the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
In another pan, fry the bacon, chopped into large pieces.
Once you have both ingredients, mix with the cheese and ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
Cut the dough into 3 equal parts in a vertical direction and extend each one with a rolling pin and a little flour, keeping the rectangular shape.
Fill it with the chicken, cheese and bacon mixture in the center.
Wrap with the dough first closing one of the longer sides, then the ends and last the second longer side.
Place them on a plate previously sprayed with cooking spray. Varnish with egg and add grated cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy
