Prepare these delicious chicken rolls made with puff pastry and the rich flavor of ranch dressing with bacon at home. They are a perfect dish for a weekend with the family.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 500 grams chicken Milanesa (breaded), in pieces
  • 300 grams asadero cheese, in cubes
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 150 milliliters dressing, Ranch
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • enough wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • enough cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. (392°F)
In a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray, cook the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
In another pan, fry the bacon, chopped into large pieces.
Once you have both ingredients, mix with the cheese and ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
Cut the dough into 3 equal parts in a vertical direction and extend each one with a rolling pin and a little flour, keeping the rectangular shape.
Fill it with the chicken, cheese and bacon mixture in the center.
Wrap with the dough first closing one of the longer sides, then the ends and last the second longer side.
Place them on a plate previously sprayed with cooking spray. Varnish with egg and add grated cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy
