It is a somewhat elaborate dish but very rich and lucidor, it has a strong flavor due to white wine and Gruyere cheese, but it is delicious.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of chicken breast in milanesas or steaks
  • 1/4 of leg ham sliced
  • 200 grams of Gruyere cheese
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • flours the needed
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 3/4 of liter of dry white wine
  • Swiss Knorr to taste
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Flour chicken breasts only on one side, season and season with Knorr Switzerland.
    Put a slice of ham on each floured chicken milanesa on the side.
    Put a piece of Gruyere cheese and roll it up.
    Cut into rolls of 5 or 6 cm wide, fixing them with a toothpick, leaving the side floured on the outside. As shown in the picture.
    Fry until brown with butter. As shown in the picture.
    Arrange them in a deep refractory and pour the white wine and cream, mix a little. As shown in the picture.
    Bake at 175 ° C in preheated oven, covered with aluminum until the meat is soft and the sauce is creamy.
    Serve with white rice or spaghetti.

    PRESENTATION

    Remember to remove the toothpicks from each roll before serving, and accompany it with white rice or with a spaghetti of your choice, only that it should be as simple as possible so that it does not compete with the great flavor of these popsicles.

    TIPS

    I suggest you dip the chopsticks with vegetable oil, to make it easier to remove them when serving.
